Located in the southern portion of Pendleton County West Virginia atop Jack Mountain at elevations ranging between 3,600 and 4,000 feet above sea level, this project, which will have a generating capacity of up to one 100 megawatts, promises to be one of the premier wind energy projects in the eastern United States.
