Community Advisory Panel The Community Advisory Panel is a small but diverse group of local community minded volunteers. In this case, it includes members from Keyser, Elk Garden, New Creek, Piedmont and the surrounding areas. They meet regularly with US Wind Force representatives to discuss issues of mutual interest. The goal of the community advisory panel is to create a dialogue with the community. It is a way for the developers to gain at better understanding of the community and its concerns and a way for the community to learn more about the project as the development progresses.
